The Music app in iOS 10 brings a host of changes, many of them visual, but also a few new features as well. The first tab when you open Apple Music in iOS 10 is your Library, which shows a breakdown of all the music you’ve most recently added and options to view either by playlist, artist, album, song, or downloaded.
The search feature searches through both Apple Music content and each user's own personal library, and "Radio" tab is largely unchanged with access to Beats 1 radio shows, which lets you queue up stations based on artist or genre.

However, when it comes to transfer music from PC to iDevice, it turns to be kind of tricky, since iTunes could wipe off all songs and playlist on iPhone/iPas/iPod while syncing iOS devices to iTunes. Therefore, in this tutorial, we will shows an easy way to import music from computer to iPhone/iPod/iPad run iOS 10 without using iTunes.
Step 1 : Install Syncios Mobile Manager (Free) on your computer or Mac. Connect your iOS 10 device to your computer and launch the software. The device would be detected automatically. All of your device infor could be listed on the windows, you can see Apps, Contact, SMS, Media, Photos listed on the left of the main panel.
Step 2 : To import songs from computer to iOS 10 device, under 'My Devices' click on Media > Import. You would be prompt to select songs or audio files to transfer to your iPhone/iPad/iPod. Also, you are able to transfer music from iOS device to PC by clicking 'Export' button.
Tips: it transfers not only songs, but also lyrics, album, artist etc.
