When you create a photo album on the phone and move pics from the camera roll to the album, it's not a problem. But when you want to delete those photos off the camera roll since you have copied them into the album, the phone wants to delete the photo from both locations.

Click on "Photos".
Click on "Camera roll".
Click on "Export" to backup your camera roll to PC.
Click "new" to add album and input the album name in the pop-up box.
Open the new album.
Click "Import" to add the photos you need.
Step 1: Tap Photos on your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad.
Step 2: Click Edit On the top right corner. On the following screen, click Add. Name your new album and click Save.
Step 3: Open the album you created and click the icon on the top right corner. Click on Add.
Step 4: Click Camera Roll to add the photos you wanted and Click Done on the top right corner when you finish.
